Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’d like to return an item for a refund, it must be unused, in its original condition, with all labels and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will process a refund or exchange.


For items returned after 28 days, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Conditions for Returns:


Items must be in re-saleable condition and show no signs of use beyond reasonable handling.
We cannot accept returns for made-to-order items unless they are faulty.
If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
Please note: Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, which may take up to 14 days.

Faulty Items

  • If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, contact us with proof of purchase, and we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

  • After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery Information


UK Delivery
We aim to provide a First-Class Delivery Service using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, though this may vary depending on order size and value. If you’ve selected an express delivery option, we will keep you updated with tracking details.
International Delivery


We ship worldwide, including to Germany, Australia, the USA, and Japan. International orders are sent via DHL Express, DPD, or Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2-10 working days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


🚨 Important Information for International Orders:
Customs & Import Duties: Any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon arrival in the destination country. We have no control over these charges.
Delays & Returns: We cannot be held liable for customs delays, travel disruptions, or items returned due to local customs policies. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment of duties, any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Oversized Orders: Additional charges may apply for larger international items. If needed, we will contact you after your order is placed.
