In the event of any illness whilst your pet is under the care of Max & Woodys team you agree that we can take the cat / pet for treatment - any treatment given whilst with us, you will be liable for and will be added to your invoice for payment in full on your return.
You also authorize us to take your cat / pet to our emergency vet clinic in London (The Stone Lion Practice in Wimbledon Village) when your vet clinic is closed, (out of hours service). This includes all taxi fares, if incurred for us to transport your cat / pet back and forth, plus any additional costs incurred for treatment.
We will make every endeavour to contact you before any treatment is administered but, in the event, where we cannot get hold of you, we will put your cats’ health first.
